NICK VOIGT
HEAD COACH
Nick Voigt has been the head coach for the Boulder High School Panthers lacrosse program since 2018. Prior to Boulder High, Coach Voigt was the Defensive Coordinator for the Clark University Men’s Lacrosse program in Worcester, MA. As part of the coaching staff, he helped Clark with a historic 2017 season, which included a first-ever appearance in the NEWMAC conference championship.
Prior to Clark Coach Voigt was a varsity assistant and head JV coach for Melrose High School in Melrose, MA. At Melrose, he was part of a staff that helped win a Middlesex Conference Championship in 2014 and was selected as the 2016 Middlesex League Assistant Coach of the Year.
Coach Voigt began playing lacrosse around the age of ten. He played high school lacrosse for William H. Hall High School in West Hartford, CT where he was selected for the CCC West All-Conference Team and CIAC Second Team All-State. After high school, he played one season for Lasell College in Newton, MA, and transferred to Clark University where he was a starter for three years.
Coach Voigt is also an executive functioning and academic tutor at Boulder High School.

BRANDON BAILEY
JV ASSISTANT COACH
A Colorado native and accomplished midfield/attack athlete who has experienced the evolution of Colorado lacrosse first-hand since beginning his lacrosse career in 1996. Brandon joined the BHS staff in 2022 as an Assistant JV/Varsity coach focused primarily on offense and fundamental skill development.
He has playing experience with perennial Top-10 Nationally Ranked programs at the High School (Loomis Chaffee School), NCAA D1 (Loyola University), MCLA D1 (University of Colorado), and Professional levels. Received national recognition and accolades as an athlete at the High School and Collegiate levels.
Lacrosse career highlights include All-American, 3x All-Conference , 3x Captain , 52-9 combined team record, finished career as All-Time Midfield point leader at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Previous coaching experience includes Boys’ Varsity at Colorado Academy in Denver, various Club “Select” programs, and BVL U12 “Selects”. Having mentored multiple players to play at the NCAA D1 and D3 levels.
Off the field, Brandon is a graduate of the University of Colorado (BA, Political Science) and Northwestern University (MS, Brand Strategy). He has worked as an executive, investor, consultant and Non-Profit Board Member. Brandon lives in Boulder with his wife and daughters.

Tom Bagli
JV ASSISTANT COACH
This is Tom Bagli’s first season coaching Boulder High Panthers Lacrosse.
Tom played high school lacrosse at McDonogh School in Baltimore, Maryland. His coaches were All Americans who played at Hopkins and Maryland. He learned from the best.
At the college level, he was a four-year starter at Ohio Wesleyan, a perennial top ten D3 program.
After college, Tom coached youth and club lacrosse in the Maryland area.
Coach Bagli’s focus will be helping young players develop their fundamentals, which are the building blocks of the game, and too often taken for granted.
Tom is married, the dad of two grown girls, lives in Boulder and has owned a local marketing agency since 2003. Go Panthers!
